All Sales Final
Due to the collectible nature of our products (comic books, statues, and limited merchandise), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "minor cosmetic imperfections" that fall within standard publisher manufacturing variances.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damages & Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your collectibles. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we are here to help.
To file a claim:

Timeline: You must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

Proof: Please email info@strangetalestocollect.com with your Order Number and clear photos of:

The damaged item(s).

The condition of the shipping box/packaging.

Resolution: If the damage is deemed to be a shipping or packing error, we will offer a replacement (if stock permits) or a refund to your original payment method.
Note: For comic books, we do not guarantee "Gem Mint" (9.8) condition on standard retail copies, but we guarantee they will be free of major defects like tears, crushed corners, or water damage.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Because pre-orders are reserved specifically for you with our distributors, cancellations disrupt our inventory.

Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel a pre-order up to 24 hours after the order is placed for a full refund.

After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation fee, or issued as Store Credit, at our sole discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Strange Tales To Collect is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return/cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
