Here is the Refund & Return Policy tailored for Strange Tales To Collect.

It is written to be strict enough to protect the business (standard for comics/collectibles where condition matters) but compliant with Shopify's payment processing rules. You can paste this directly into Settings > Policies > Refund Policy.

All Sales Final

Due to the collectible nature of our products (comic books, statues, exclusives, and limited merchandise), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

Damages & Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your collectibles. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will resolve it.

To file a claim:

  1. Timeline: You must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

  2. Required Proof: Please email info@strangetalestocollect.com with your Order Number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s).

    • The condition of the shipping box/packaging (essential for insurance claims).

  3. Resolution: If the damage is deemed to be a shipping or packing error, we will offer a replacement (if stock permits) or a refund to your original payment method.

Please Note: For comic books, we generally guarantee a condition of 9.2 or better for new releases unless otherwise stated. Minor manufacturing variances (spine ticks, corner blunting) do not qualify as "damages" for return purposes.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Because pre-orders are reserved specifically for you with our distributors, cancellations disrupt our inventory planning.

  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations on pre-orders may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

  • Non-Cancellable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Ratio Variants" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Lost Packages

Strange Tales To Collect is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Refunds (Processing Time)

If your return or cancellation is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
